Olive Power develops distributed AI infrastructure: land, power, compute nodes, cooling and community integration planned as one system, so capacity can be deployed where it is needed and expanded as demand grows.

AI capacity is waiting two years or more for a grid connection, and powered, permitted sites are scarce. Olive Power starts with viable power and land, retires development risk early, and deploys OP MACH4 nodes on an onsite microgrid so the deployment date, not the utility queue, drives the plan.

Source, De-risk, Develop, Deploy, Repeat. We find land and power with a viable path, secure the site and advance power, engineering, permitting and entitlements, integrate site, power, cooling and node infrastructure, bring capacity online, and apply the model across sites, markets and customers.

Olive Power integrates community considerations into the development process from the beginning, before a site and design are selected. We consider power, water, land use and operating impacts alongside opportunities for local investment, workforce development, procurement and education.

With an onsite microgrid sized to each site: solar and battery storage behind the meter as primary power, optional generation where the site supports it, and the grid as backup; closed-loop, zero-water cooling; phased development; and transparent infrastructure planning.

Every project is different, but potential local benefits can include construction and operating employment, local procurement opportunities, workforce development, technology education and local business participation. Specific commitments are agreed with each community for each project.

Olive Power's AI Centers of Excellence will connect infrastructure development with education, workforce training and practical AI adoption. Programs can be developed with local schools, universities, businesses and civic institutions around the needs of each community.

Olive Power is developing a pipeline, starting in Colorado and Louisiana. Each opportunity moves through five stages (under evaluation, site secured, in development, under construction, operating) and a site moves to the next stage only when the documents behind that stage are in place.
